Opening your Pool - Davis Pool will get your pool opened and ensure your water is sparkling ready for an enjoyable season.

Customer - Responsibilities

  • All pool accessories must be accessible, ladders, rails, baskets etc.
  • Electrical power to pool equipment must be turned on
  • Cover must be clean & dry

DAVIS POOLS - Responsibilities

  • Remove & fold winter cover - put into a storage bag if available
  • Remove winter plugs
  • Re-connect pump, filter, heater etc.
  • Start filter (Customer must leave power on)
  • Add 5 gallons of shock
  • Check system for leaks
  • Make minor repairs
  • Install ladder, rails etc

Closing your Pool - It is important to make sure that your pool goes into hibernation properly so that when you re-open with us in the spring your will have sparkling water for an enjoyable season.

  • Winter cover must be available
  • Remove ladder, Rails etc.
  • Pool water treated with 5 gallons shock & winterizer
  • Pool plumbing winterized
  • D.E. filter taken apart & cleaned, sand filter back washed
  • Pump, filter, heater, etc - winterize
  • Cover Installed
  • Deck equipment returned to designated spot
